PERSONAL TIME MANAGEMENT, A KEY TO A BETTER LIFE

Time Management is essentially the ability to organize and plan the time spent on activities in a day. The result of good personal time management is increased effectiveness and productivity in ones life. This obviously a key factor for a better life.
Have you ever thought why time waits for nobody  “I just lost an hour of my life and I will never get it back”? You probably did a lot of times. There are a lot of ‘time wasters’ in our daily  lives, which is why we need a way to manage our time better. Time Management is often associated with business, but you need this personal time management skill in every part of life. As an individual it is particularly important to possess personal time management skills to yield a better life and be successful.

Time management is basically about being focused. The Pareto Principle also known as the '80:20 Rule' states that 80% of efforts that are not time managed or unfocused generates only 20% of the desired output. However, 80% of the desired output can be generated using only 20% of a well time managed effort. Although the ratio '80:20' is only arbitrary, it is used to put emphasis on how much is lost or how much can be gained with time management.
Some people view time management as a list of rules that involves scheduling of appointments, goal settings, thorough planning, creating things to do lists and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

But there is more skills involved in time management than the core basics. Skills such as decision making, inherent abilities such as emotional intelligence and critical thinking are also essential to your personal growth. Personal time management involves everything you do. No matter how big and no matter how small, everything counts. Each new knowledge you acquire, each new advice you consider, each new skill you develop should be taken into cognisance. Having a balanced life-style should be the key result in having personal time management. This is the main aspect that many practitioners of personal time management fail to grasp.
Time management is about getting results, not about being busy. The six areas that personal time management seeks to improve in anyone's life are physical, intellectual, social, career, emotional and spiritual.
The physical aspect involves having a healthy body, less stress and fatigue.
The intellectual aspect involves learning and other mental growth activities.
The social aspect involves developing personal or intimate relations and being an active contributor to society.
The career aspect involves school and work.
The emotional aspect involves appropriate feelings and desires and manifesting them.
The spiritual aspect involves a personal quest for meaning.
Thoroughly planning and having a set of things to do list, for each of the key areas may not be very practical, but determining which area in your life is not being giving enough attention is part of time management.
Each area creates the whole you, if you are ignoring one area then you are ignoring an important part of yourself.

Personal time management should not be so daunting a task. It is a very sensible and reasonable approach in solving problems big or small. A great way of learning time management and improving your personal life is to follow several basic activities.
One of them is to review your goals whether it be immediate or long-term goals often. A way to do this is to keep a list that is always accessible to you.
Always determine which task is necessary or not necessary in achieving your goals and which activities are helping you maintain a balanced life style.
Each and everyone of us has a peek time and a time when we slow down, these are our natural cycles. We should be able to tell when to do the difficult tasks when we are the sharpest. Learning to say "No" and Heed it even if it involves saying the word to family or friends.
Pat yourself at the back or just reward yourself in any manner for an effective time management result.
Try and get the cooperation from people around you who are actually benefiting from your efforts of time management.
Don't procrastinate, attend to necessary things immediately.
Have a positive attitude and set yourself up for success.
Be realistic in your approach in achieving your goals.
Have a record or journal of all your activities as this will help you get things in their proper perspective.
These are the few steps you initially take in becoming a well rounded individual. As the say personal time management is the art and science of building a better life. From the moment you integrate into your life time management skills, you have opened several options that can provide a broad spectrum of solutions to your personal growth and also creates more doors for opportunities to knock on.

Finally, in your personal doings always remain focused and devoid of distractions, prioritize your tasks with most important first, place your schedule rightly and track your time accurately..

MOTIVATION FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT

MOTIVATION, THE HEART OF SELF IMPROVEMENT

Pain may sometimes be the reason why people change. Getting flunked grades make us realize that we need to study. Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income. Being humiliated gives us the effentery to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments. It may be a bitter experience, a friend's tragic story, a great movie, or an inspiring book that will help us get up and get just the right amount of motivation we need in order to improve ourselves. With the countless negativities the world brings about, how do we keep motivated?
The outlined, well alphabetically articulated tips for your intellectual consumption will be of great value. Kindly go through gradually and absorb completely without leaving any of them inculcated.

A- Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, ìthe future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

B - Believe in your self, and in what you can do.

C - Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.

D - Don't give up and donít give in. Thomas Edison failed once, twice, more than thrice before he came up with his invention and perfected the incandescent light bulb. Make motivation as your steering wheel.

E - Enjoy yourself. Work as if you don't need money. Dance as if nobody is watching you. Love as if you never cried. Learn as if you'll live forever. Motivation takes place when people are happy.

F - Family and Friends are life's greatest treasures. Don't loose sight of them.

G - Give more than what is enough. Where does motivation and self improvement take place at work? At home? At school? When you exert extra effort in doing things.

H - Hang on to your dreams. They may dangle in there for a moment, but these little stars will be your driving force.

I -  Ignore those who try to destroy you. Don't let other people to get the best of you. Stay out of toxic people and the kind of friends who hates to hear about your success.

J - Just be yourself. The key to success is to be yourself. And the key to failure is to try to please everyone.Be the best version of yourself.

K - keep trying no matter how hard life may seem. When a person is motivated, eventually he sees a harsh life finally clearing out, paving the way to self improvement.

L - Learn to love your self. It creates an internal platform for you as an individual for your self improvement and development.

M - Make things happen. Motivation is when your dreams are put into work clothes.

N - Never lie, cheat or steal. Always play a fair game.

O - Open your eyes.Just like the horse, learn the horse attitude and horse sense.Always see things in 2 ways ; how you want things to be, and how you should be.

P - Practice makes perfect. Practice is about motivation. It lets us learn repertoire and ways on how can we recover from our mistakes.

Q - Quitters never win and winners never quit. So, choose your fate like,  are you going to be a quitter? Or a winner?

R - Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation. We must hear the little voice within us telling us to get started before others will get on their feet and try to push us around. Remember, it wasn't raining when Noah build the ark.

S - Stop procrastinating. It does you more harm than good as you are prone to lack of self improvement and optimal development.

T -Take control of your life. Discipline or self control lives synonymously with motivation. Both are key factors in self improvement.

U - Understand others. If you know very well how to talk, you should also learn how to listen. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood the second.

V - Visualize it. Motivation without vision is like a boat on a dry land.

W - Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing. And to believe is something that is rooted out from the roots of motivation and self improvement.

X - X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you are motivated, you tend to put on extraordinary effort on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on. The extra you do from the ordinary makes you extraordinary, being extraordinary makes you outstanding.

Y - You are unique. No one in this world looks, acts, or talks like you. Value your life and existence, because youíre just going to spend it once. You are a genius, with unique and peculiar asset in you as an individual,
Always see yourself the only person that can be you because your real you lies in you.

Z - Zero in on your dreams and go for it!!!

RETAINING SELF HAPPINESS

Genuine Happiness Comes from Within

Life the say is never a bed of rose neither i s it the sweetest candy. Sometimes, when U feel like the world is just too heavy, You look around and find people who continued to live fascinating and wonderful lives. And then thoughts come popping into your mind like bubbles from nowhere "How did their life become so adorably sweet? How come they still can manage to laugh and play around despite a busy stressful life? Then You pause and observed for a while, You just cant figure it out.I've come to let you let understand that HAPPINESS can only  come when you start to work on a place called YOURSELF

So, how does one become genuinely happy?  The first step is to learn to LOVE yourself. Love yourself by thyself

How is this possibile ? "loving means accepting". love oneself means to accept that you are not a perfect being, but behind the imperfections must lie a great ounce of courage to be able to discover ways on how to improve your repertoire to recover from our mistakes. This is a rudiment you must surely take to cognizance in order to keep your life in a sound happiness.

Genuine happiness also pertains to contentment. When you are contented with the job you have, the way you look, with your family, your friends, the place you live in and all the things you have now. Truly you will surely derived joy that will strengthen your life.

When we discover a small start somewhere from within, that small start will eventually lead to something else, and to something else. But if you keep questioning life as if it has never done you any good, you will never be able to find genuine happiness.
I believe that life is about finding out about right and wrong, trying and failing, wining and losing. These are things that happen as often as you inhale and exhale. Failure, in one's life has become as abundant and necessary as air. But this should not hinder us from becoming happy. In spite of  all these, you can still be genuinely happy.
Every time you exert effort to improve the quality of life and your being, whether it is cleaning up your room, helping a friend, taking care of your sick dog, fail on board exams and trying again, life will always gives you equivalent points for that.

Imagine life as a big score board, your life is your own dashboard. Every time you take a step forward, you make scoring points. It will be nice to look at that board at the end of each effort  and endeavour you make, then  tell yourself "I got a point today, am glad I gave it a shot " instead of looking at it all blank and murmur in a demoralized manner " I didnt even hit a score today. I wish I had the guts to try out. I shouldn't have tried, would have just walk away.

Genuine happiness isn't about driving the hottest  luxurious automobile nor getting the employee of the year award, earning the highest pay, or beating the sales quota. Sometimes, the most sought after prizes in life doesn't always go to the fastest, the strongest, the bravest or not even the best. So, how do you become genuinely happy? Every one has his own definition of happiness . Happiness for a writer may mean launching as much best selling books as possible. Happiness for a basketball rookie may mean getting the rookie of the year award. Happiness for a beggar may mean a lot of money. Happiness for a business man may mean success. So, really now, how do we become genuinely happy? Simple. You dont have to have the best things in this world. Its about doing and making the best out of every single thing. When you find yourself smiling at your own mistake and telling your self Oh !, I'll do better next time, you carry with you a flame of strong will power to persevere that may spread out like a brush fire. You possess a willingness to stand up again and try  that will make you a genuinely happy person.

When you learn to accept yourself and your own faults. You pass the first step  in the project of how to become genuinely happy. For as long as you know how to accept others, you will also be accepted. For as long as you love and know how to love, you will receive love in ten folds back.
Again, throw me that same question ìhow to become genuinely happy? I'll refer you to this strong quote saying "laughter is the best medicine of life ache and pains"
What most of us don't know is that the best kind of laughter is the laughter over self cos then you don't just become genuinely happy, you become FREE !

TRUST THIS MISSIVE MEETS YOU WELL, HAVE A SPLENDID WEEK !

YOUR PERSPECTIVE FOR EXCELLENCE

"God bless your time as you meditate in this article, let the missive be well inculcated to your mind" Stay cool, relax and maintain your focus.

The word "perspective" implies a mental vision or an outlook visualization of an in depth mind picture. As it is often said " you can only feature in your desired future if you first picture it yourself"and then walk in the right track towards achieving that which you have pictured in your mind. No action takes place without been first pictured in the mind scope. Your ability to tap into the power of holding a vivid powerful image about the star in you defines your path way to excellence. This is a strong hold that incorporates and connects the power of imagery to reinforce in your mind how exactly you envision a successful outcome before you achieve it in reality. This visualization is something you have used since childhood to create circumstances of your own life,it burns through your mind just like a fire of passion, movies and pictures of the inner mind.

Each of us stores pictures in our minds about the type of relationships we deserve, the degree of success we'll attain at work, the extent of our leadership ability, the amount of money we'll earn and accumulate, and so on.
Where do these pictures come from?  Well, we begin to develop our "mental movies" early in life.  If we were criticized or felt unworthy as a youngster, we record the events (and the feelings associated with those events) as images in our minds.  Because we frequently dwell on these pictures (both consciously and subconsciously), we tend to create life situations that correspond to the original image.  For example, you may still hold a vibrant image of being criticized by a teacher in elementary school.  You felt humiliated in front of the whole class.  Later on, when you were tempted to offer your opinion in school or in a group of people, you held back and kept quiet all the while remembering (even if only on a subconscious level) how painful it was when you were criticized.  The picture remains in your mind, and exerts tremendous influence over your present actions.
Unfortunately, many of us have not updated or revised our childhood movies, so we are continually producing results that fall short of our full potential.  Here are some techniques for using the power of visualization to improve virtually every aspect of your personal and professional life:
  1. Take responsibility for the pictures you are playing in your mind. No matter what the source of those images, it's you that keeps playing them. Let's try a short experiment.  Think about an ice cream cone filled with your favorite flavor of ice cream.  Does that create a picture or image for you?  I'll bet it does.  Okay, now think about an elephant.  Can you see it?  Change the color of the elephant to pink.  In a fraction of a second, you probably formed an image of the pink elephant.  Can you bring back the picture of the ice cream cone?  Of course, you can.  You have full control over the pictures that occupy your mind.  However, when you do not consciously decide which pictures to play, your mind will look into the "archives" and keep re-playing old movies on file in your mental library.
  2. Accept what happened in the old movie - but change its meaning. It doesn't serve you to deny what happened in a past experience, no matter how painful or disappointing.  You can't, for instance, change the fact that you were criticized by the teacher.  You can, however, alter your interpretation of the event.  That is, at the time you were originally criticized, the meaning you might have assigned to the experience was:  "I'm not good enough," or "My opinions are worthless."  While this was the interpretation of a child, you may have inadvertently carried it into your adult life.  Today, though, you canconsciously choose to view the situation differently -- for example, the teacher may have disagreed with you, but it wasn't a statement about your intelligence or your overall worth as a person!
  3. Create new pictures to move you toward what you want.  We can create new mental movies whenever we choose to do so.  And, when we develop (and concentrate on) new images that evoke powerful feelings and sensations, we will act in ways that support those new pictures!  So, the first step is to create an image of your desired outcome.  You are limited only by your imagination.  Recognize, however, that the pictures in your mind are not fulfilled overnight!  But, by being patient and by persistently focusing on these mental images, you'll automatically start acting in ways that support your vision.
  4. Relax and involve your senses. What's the best method to use when concentrating on your new images?  It's been proven that your mind is most receptive to visualization when you are calm and not thinking about a lot of things simultaneously.  So, sit down in a comfortable chair at home, close your eyes and do some deep breathing exercises to clear your mind and relax your body.  Now, strive to develop images that involve as many senses as you can.  The more sights, sounds, smells, tastes and touches you put in your pictures, the more powerful the "pull" for you to make your vision a reality.

Lets assume you always dreamed of owning a beach-front house in the Caribbean.  Picture the white and peach colored house.  See the green palm trees slowly swaying in the gentle breeze.  Smell the salt air.  Feel the warm sand between you toes.  Can't you just taste it?  And all this can be yours, if you hold onto this image and do what it takes to achieve it
Also, remember that those images associated with strong emotions have even more power, so be sure to add positive feelings to your vision.  For instance, when visualizing your ideal job, combine the vivid mental picture and the physical senses with the terrific emotions of pride and satisfaction you'll have working in that new position.
Don't be concerned with the quality of your images at the outset. Some people can create lively color pictures. . . while others have trouble getting anything more than a fuzzy image, or no image at all.  It's also possible that you may only be able to get a particular feeling at the beginning as opposed to a clear image.
In any case, don't worry about it.  Do the best you can and don't compare yourself to anyone else.  Your images will become sharper over time.  The key is to spend several minutes each day running these new movies in your mind.

Well, there you have it--some suggestions for creating and benefiting from your own mental pictures.  Remember, if you don't take control and develop your own movies, you'll continue to replay the old ones.  If the old movies are serving you, that's great.  But, if they're holding you back in any way, get started today and use the incredible power of your mind to picture your way to greater success!

The greatest threats of not maintaining a clearer perspective of excellence in life is being overly negative and pessimistic. We love over-criticizing everything, having no hope for beautiful things and losing fond admiration for the silly, whimsical aspects of life. It’s an attitude that I believe is corrupting our capability to strive for greatness in our lives.
Truth is, if you want to be great in this life, you have to model that greatness in your thinking.
You have to open your eyes up to the beauty in front of you and celebrate it. Only then will we be in the right mindset to enact change in our culture of negative and shallow mindset.

TIPS TO MAINTAIN AN IDYLLIC PERSPECTIVE FOR EXCELLENCE IN YOUR LIFE.

Happiness is often a choice, so choose wisely. When life comes and sweeps you off your feet, you have the choice to remain on the ground where people will coddle you or get up so people will be inspired by you. It’s not easy, but change never is.

Complaining makes us complacent. It might make you feel better, but it’ll do so at the cost of doing something to change the situation.

The major cause of death for passion is envy. You get nowhere constantly comparing yourself to other, more successful people. Use that time instead to cultivate your passion into something world-changing.
Life is sweeter when you celebrate little victories. Did you pay off a tiny debt? Did you finish a project that took you forever? Before diving into the next thing, take a moment to have a little victory party with your love ones. Always remain grateful for any level of accomplishments. It keeps in shape for more greater achievement.

The past only matters in how you redeem it. It doesn’t define you, imprison you or hold you back from anything. Learn to move on and change the circumstances, and life will be more hopeful.

Be quick to forgive others, not blame others. Instead of looking to justify ourselves when situations arise, search for the greater peace that could be had. Accept responsibility if that’s what needs to happen, and move on to correct the situation.

Latch onto hope anywhere you can find it. Be ready to embrace something outside yourself, because when life comes crashing down on you, you’ll need something to bring you back to the surface. See your every challenge in your life as an opportunity to step up for greater heights.

Conclusively, don’t let your happiness depend on something you may lose.” Make sure your hope is an anchor, not a ship sailing away, and I promise, your perspective on life will be better because of it.

Remember, in life you can only feature in that future you visualize when you can picture it yourself in a vivid perspective that links you to excellence.

THe MYSTERY OF FAILURE & MISTAKES

This sense of shame combined with the inevitability of setbacks when attempting difficult things explains why many people give up on their goals: they're not prepared for the mistakes and failures they'll face on their way to what they want. What's missing in many people's beliefs about success is the fact that the more challenging the goal, the more frequent and difficult setbacks will be. The larger your ambitions, the more dependent you will be on your ability to overcome and learn from your mistakes.

The only person who never makes a mistake is the man who never does anything.
It may seems odd to think about mistakes at a time because everyone seems to be busy making plans for success but its actually all part of the same process.

Making mistakes and experiencing setbacks is part of the making process of every successful achiever so you are no exception.
Anyone that tells you they don't make mistakes has just made one.

Every successful person must have in one way or the other gone things wrong over and over again before finding the right solution.

In the words of Thomas Edison, I quote " I have not failed, I have just found many ways that won't work".In other words your mistakes takes you step further to be wiser than you have been. It is a crucial step in learning, growing, developing and improving yourself.

What is the difference between champions and the average person?
The simple difference between champion achievers and average people is their ability to handle rejection and failure.

You can't travel the road to success without a puncture or two, trial, hurdles and challenges. Mistakes are often the best teachers, but when you make mistake and fail, endeavor to pick something up.
A mistake-riddled life is much richer, more interesting and more simulating than the life that has never risked or taken a stand on anything.

People are not remember by how many times the fail but by how often they succeed.
Do not fear failure so much that you refuse to try new things.
Always look at what you have left and never look at what you have lost.

Until you experience, remember, track or retain the mysteries of mistakes as feature of our inner landscape, failure will always seem to come at you from the left field.

Learning from mistakes requires three things:

**Putting yourself in situations where you can make interesting mistakes.
**Having the self-confidence to admit to them.
**Being courageous about making changes.

It doesn't matter how many times you made mistakes nor how many times you may have failed, always know that there is a something to pickup when you fail.
That which you can foresee will be a boast to your success..

THE NEVER GIVE UP SPIRIT

In life for one to actually achieve your desired aspirations, purpose and targets; it is very paramount that you as an individual will cultivate and inculcate "the never give up spirits"  This actually motivates your spirit toward pursing your dreams as you can only stay connected to purpose when you never give up on yourself. No matter how severe your plight might be, how high your hurdles could be, how heavy your mountains could be, your motivation towards overcoming is how in-depth you are able to look beyond your challenges and only visualize your victory at last.
Believing in yourself is a strong pillar that can uphold your good fate towards your heart desires, maintaining a strong believe in yourself to never give up is a perfect boast that can elevate you to your glory after your hash story
We’re destined to face pain and have everything blow up in our face. This very idea has  became very clear to me as I can’t believe I actually thought that some people never experience any major issues in their life.
We all suffer from sickness, heartbreak, death, failure and disappointment. What I’ve learned is that those who succeed accept this fact and make a decision to push through it. When things go wrong, they commit to having faith when there is no reason to do so.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably had some pretty big stuff ups. I continue to have the same and I’ve thought about quitting so many times. That was until I realized how I got where I am today. The only reason I’m still here, and breathing, is because I decided not to quit.
Quitting is the most painful form of suffering. Most of all, quitting on yourself is something you will never forgive yourself for. I know life is hard, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find an empowering way to break through all of the struggles.
STRONG HINTS WHY  YOU SHOULD NOT GIVE UP ON  YOURSELF

1. Life is not a race

We quit on ourselves because we feel like life is a race against time. We feel like we have to achieve so much by a certain age or we’re a failure. Don’t quit because of someone else’s timeframe. Life is short in one sense of the word and very long when you live in the present moment.
You may have wanted to quit on myself many times. From a failed career, to failed businesses, to many failed  relationships. Life is tough and we are guaranteed to be in constant pain.Your ability to have a more clear understanding of life helps you overcome some various life challenges.
“The way you win the race is to accept that pain is guaranteed”
Know that with every failure that comes your way, there’s a whole bunch of other people around you going through something similar. You may not know of all the pain happening around you, but it’s everywhere. Don’t quit on yourself because you didn’t reach your goal or get what you want.
Get back up again and keep trying with the newfound perspective from your past failures.
 2. Dont over thinking everything
Quitting on yourself happens because you are over thinking everything that has transpired. If you give your brain enough time, it will find 101 reasons why you should quit. Quitting is your brain’s default response. It’s easier to give up on yourself than to keep going.
Everyone reading this post knows that success comes from struggle and hard work; not from taking the easy path. Stop your brain from going into meltdown and try these few suggestions:
– Every time you want to quit, repeat a metaphor that interrupts your brains pattern. Mine is, SPLENDID IS ME, I am made to produce splendour.”
– Go for a walk and listen to a story of struggle on your phone
– Get social and spend time with people you don’t know
These suggestions will help you to take your mind of quitting. The longer you try and solve a problem through thinking, the more likely you are to quit. Try taking breaks and blocking out times where you can think about a problem.
Sometimes there is no answer to a problem you are trying to solve other than trying something new. Don’t become obsessed with always trying to get a rock solid answer for every situation. We spend so much time in our heads and our constant negative thoughts form the foundation of our desire to quit on ourselves.

3. You’re so close

I’ve lost count us to how many times I’ve come so close to winning at life and then quit right at the last moment. Believe in yourself and know that every setback happens for a reason. We don’t always know why an event or situation has occurred, but we have to keep going.
“Success is always close by, but we have to earn it
Nothing comes easily and it’s the struggle that gives us the right to succeed. I’m horrible when it comes to patience, although I’m getting better. I’m obsessed with having the answer right now and that’s why I forget how close I am to success.
Cowards quit right before they achieve greatness because they believe they deserve something when they haven’t earnt it.
 4. The problem with quitting
Quitting almost always leaves you with regret about what might have happened. I find that when you see something through all the way to the end, you get the opportunity to know that there is nothing more you could have done.
If you let your regrets stack up over time, you will find that you start to feel very unfulfilled. There’s no better feeling than persisting, even when it seems like there is no reason to do so. Get comfortable we never giving up. Force yourself to pursue success in life at all costs.
 5. There’s always another opportunity
I’ve wanted to quit on myself recently because I thought that I had found what I was looking for, and that because I couldn’t have it, I would have to settle for second best and the unhappiness that comes with it. After careful thought and coaching from my mentors, I reminded myself that there is always another opportunity.
What causes us to quit is the limiting belief that opportunities for success and fulfillment are not never-ending. They are. When one door closes, another door opens. What I’ve found difficult is that you never know when the next door is going to open again.
This is both annoying and awesome at the same time. When you don’t know when the next door is going to open you have to adopt the mindset of always being grateful and keeping an open mind. It adds a sense of uncertainty to our life that keeps things interesting.

6. Would your life be better if you quit?

Ask yourself this question. 99% of the time your life will never be better if you quit. Your life will be better if you keep going and push through the struggle, and pain that goes hand in hand with determination.
The feeling you get from not quitting on yourself and achieving the pinnacle of success will give you the energy to do even more incredible challenges in your life. Success breeds success.

7. The end result is worth the pain

If what you are trying to achieve in life is not worth the pain, then it’s a lousy goal in the first place. Aim for targets that make the pain worth it and light you up at the thought of winning. You’ll only quit on yourself if you go after goals you don’t really want deep down.

NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF, YOU ARE A TRUE EPITOME OF  SUCCESS

AS DETERMINED AS MOTIVATED

That inner power that pushes you towards taking action and towards achievement is referred as "Motivation". Its powered by desire, ambition and determination  Therefore, if they are absent, motivation is in the same vein absent too.
Sometimes, you might have the desire to get something done, or to achieve a certain goal, but if the desire and ambition are not strong enough, you lack the push, the initiative, and the willingness to take the necessary action. You are neither determined or deactivated.  In these cases, you lack of motivation and inner drive.
When there is motivation, there is initiative and direction, courage, determination, energy, and the persistence to follow your goals.
A motivated person takes action and does whatever is needed to achieve his or her goals.
Motivation becomes strong, when you have a vision, a clear mental image of what you want to achieve, and also a strong desire to manifest it. You are fully determined for accomplishment. In such a situation, motivation awakens inner strength and power, and pushes you forward, toward making your vision a reality.
Motivation can be applied to every action and goal. There can be motivation to study a foreign language, to get good grades at school, bake a cake, write a poem, take a walk every day, make more money, get a better job, buy a new house, own a business, or become a writer, a doctor or a lawyer.
Motivation is present, whenever there is a clear vision, precise knowledge of what you want to do, a strong desire, and faith in your abilities.
Motivation is one of the most important keys to success. When there is lack of motivation, you either get no results, or only mediocre ones, whereas, when there is motivation, you attain greater and better results and achievements.
Compare a student who lacks motivation and who hardly studies, to a student who is highly motivated, and who devotes many hours to his studies. Each student will get absolutely different grades.
Lack of motivation means lack of enthusiasm, zeal and ambition, whereas the possession of motivation is a sign of strong desire, energy and enthusiasm, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve what one sets out to do.( DETERMINATION )
A motivated person is a happier person, more energetic, and sees the positive end result in his or her mind.
What can you do to strengthen your motivation?
  1. Set a goal. If you have a major goal, it would be a good idea if you split it into several minor goals, each small goal leading to your major goal.

By dividing your goal into several, smaller goals, you will find it easier to motivate yourself, since you will not feel overwhelmed by the size of your goal and the things you have to do. This will also help you feel that the goal is more feasible, and easier to accomplish.
  2. Understand that finishing what you start is important. Hammer into your mind that whatever you start you have to finish. Develop the habit of going to the finish line.
  3. Socialize with achievers and people with similar interests or goals, since motivation and positive attitude are contagious. Associate with motivated people, who share your interests.
  4. Never procrastinate anything. Procrastination leads to laziness, and laziness leads to lack of motivation.
  5. Persistence, patience and not giving up, despite failure and difficulties, keep the flame of motivation burning.
  6. Read about the subjects of your interest. This will keep your enthusiasm and ambition alive.
  7. Constantly, affirm and proclaim positivity to yourself that you can, and will succeed.( positivity connects possibility, its possible when you first crave a positive mindset against all odds)
  8. Look at photos of things you want to get, achieve or do. This will strengthen your desire and make your subconscious mind work with you
  9. Visualise  your goals as achieved, adding a feeling of happiness and joy.
10. Sucess equation: - ( 4d+2p=S)

DISCOVER AND EMBRACE YOUR PURPOSE

Discover & Embrace Your purpose

All of us in one way or the other aspired to be greater in future when we were much younger. Those aspirations might have well been our dreams. God uses the innocence of childhood to reveal his purpose and destiny for our lives by putting in our hearts certain passions that act as a compass to guide us to the real thing. Most people dismiss dreams as mere fantasies and miss out on what God has for their lives - the assignment for which they were born. When you cease to dream you cease to live. I have a lot of people ask me the question, “What do I have to do to discover my purpose?” Honestly, there is no set formula to discovering your purpose. But there are some things that you must do in order to place yourself in a position where God can begin revealing his purpose for your life. I have highlighted some pointers that helped me in my discovery of purpose and I hope that they will be of help to you.

Reflect & Pray--- Reflect on your childhood and salvage those “little” dreams you had - the things that brought you joy and ignited a passion in your heart. As you reflect, initiate an honest conversation with God. Talk about the things you are reflecting on. Ask questions and be patient to listen for the answers. God will communicate with you in different ways. Listen for his still small voice within your heart; be sensitive to what he is saying through his own Word as well as through other people.

Document your Thoughts ---A piece of paper never forgets. Write out your reflections, however many they are. Documenting allows you to review your reflections. As you review your thoughts you begin to see the real thing hidden in your reflections; Revision matures your dream. I call this the crystallization of your dream. The process of revision is on-going because God reveals his purpose in bits and pieces. ” So Be patient and VERY consistent. Be committed to the search and embrace your dream with your whole soul..

Only purpose- driven people can rejoice in suffering because they know that they are being refined and moving towards the fulfillment of destiny. It is important for us to remember that the process lasts for a life time; and as we keep on graduating from one level to the next God gives us satisfaction; and he is able to trust us with success. Therefore, Go for it! Discover and embrace your purpose; recognize and embrace the process and God will lead you to a place called success. Remember that your life is significant and that the world needs what God has placed in you; all of creation awaits your manifestation to your Success

Watch your Crowd---I always tell people that if you want to soar like an Eagle don‟t hang out with the Crows. They are not in the same class. Get yourself around people that are like-minded and are on the journey of fulfilling their purpose and destiny. As Iron sharpens Iron, your relationship with them will sharpen and enrich you. Its important to regulate your crowd because some people will talk you out of your dream. You might experienced different huddles of discouragement and ridicule  from various angles of life, but your never-up spirit to these discouragement or ridicule determines your fate towards your smile.Always defeat your frown plight with a smile Most people that talk others out of pursuing their dreams have themselves given up, and have chosen to live an average, mediocre life.

Recognize & Embrace the Process--when you discover and commit to your purpose, God begins to take you through a refining process- to refine you and to refine your dream. The process is not easy, but don‟t resist it. There are several marks that distinguish God‟s refining process, but these are relative to the individual. You might experience them as part of God‟s process for you or you might not. But everyone goes through the refining process regardless of its packaging. My goal is to give you some pointers that might help you.

Isolation- Settle this fact in your mind. Not everyone can come with you on your journey. Therefore, quit trying to get people to understand your process, for the process is not for them but for you. It was part of  God‟s refining process. Isolation removes distractions that would otherwise hinder you from hearing the voice of God.

Trials and Sufferings-- God‟s refining process includes trials and suffering.Only Purpose- driven people look for the lessons hidden in trials so that they can learn from them and be changed for the better. The process is there to build your character. Success without character can be destructive, the trials are there to build your strength as your story will soon be a glory.

Hence, in the process its only purpose- driven people can rejoice in suffering because they know that they are being refined  and moving towards the fulfillment of destiny.
